think Mr. Hendricks from the U.S. is really amazing. Why? Well, there’s
really nothing special about him. Actually,
he’s just a regular guy. But there’s
one thing he did recently that makes him so
amazing! Ok. Here’s a question. How much would
you spend for a good video game?
Think about it. Now, if I told you that this man spent $17,500 dollars,
would you believe me? You are probably saying, “Don’t joke around!” The money is
enough to buy a family car! Believe it or not, it’s true.
Mr. Hendricks bought a Nintendo video cartridge! The game came
out in 1990. Only 26 were made. What kind of game is it?
It’s a sports game called Nintendo World Championships.
Personally, I don’t think
Mr. Hendricks is going to play it. He will most likely keep it in a safe hiding spot. Some say he
did a crazy thing. But, Mr. Hendricks
says he’s so happy to win the auction and buy this rare video game! |
