Did This Dog Come From?
 Recently in France, there
was a World Cycling Competition세계자전거대회. Many people predicted that a professional cyclist named
Marcus Burghardt from Germany would become the champion. You see, Marcus
is well-known in the world for
winning countless cycling competitions. However, many
people’s predictions ended up being
wrong because of a dog. Take a look at the photo!
While Marcus was racing on his bike, a dog popped out of nowhere. Being an animal lover, Marcus didn’t
want to hurt the dog. So, he tried his best to pass by him. Sadly, Marcus was speeding too much on his
bike, and he ended up falling
to the ground. The dog wasn’t hurt, and it ran away. Marcus said he
is glad the dog is all right,
and he will be back to win next year.
Wow! Look at the Giant Fish!
 Recently in Thailand, a giant fish was caught while fishing! Before I go on to talk about this
amazing news, look at the photo! I know
your jaws are dropping. This photo
is real. The carp was caught in a lake by a tour guide. The interesting
thing is that this tour guide wasn’t a professional fisher. He used
very cheap fishing tools. When this carp was caught, it was so
strong that the tour guide almost got pulled into the water. Two adults had to go into the
water to bring this fish out of the water. How much
did this fish weigh? It weighed almost
120 kilograms! This is the biggest carp in the world!
Dolphins Love Surfing!
 Don’t you think
surfing is a very cool sport?
Well, take a look at this photo.
A group of dolphins are surfing on the
sea. Oh, you didn’t know why dolphins love surfing? Here’s the reason
why. Imagine that you are floating on the water. When a large sea
wave passes by, you move
forward automatically. Dolphins swim
under water all the time. And this takes
lots of energy. But whenever a large sea wave
comes by, they can relax and save their energy.
The sea wave carries them forward. Scientists say ever since dolphins are babies,
they learn to surf and use the sea waves. What’s cool is that dolphins
actually enjoy surfing on
the waves, and sometime do really cool tricks. The picture was taken
near an ocean in Australia. I really want
to surf with the dolphins one day! |
