 Crocodiles are well-known
for their fierceness. They look really
scary! They have very large
jaws and they can eat very
big animals. They can also hurt people when they are
angry or hungry. So don’t go near
them! But wait! What is the crocodile in the picture doing?
It’s hard to believe, but the crocodile is living with a family in
Australia as a pet! Her name is Johnie.
Her favorite time of the day
is meal time. Chicken wings are her favorite food.
She also loves eating fish and red meat.
Her owners love her very much.
They take good care of Johnie.
The family walks her every day. She even has her own pool! Also, most rooms have
heaters and UV lights to keep her toasty.
“She is very cute. To my family, she is just like a cat or a dog,”
said her owner Vicki Lowing. |
