 Twins
share the same birthday because
they were born on the same day. Their looks and even personalities
are very similar, too. If one feels
sad or sick, the other one also may feel the same! In this sense,
I think twins are very special.
But can you believe that there are twin brothers who have different
birthdays? In Florida, USA, special twin babies were born in different
years! On December 31, 2009, a mother named Margarita Velasco gave
birth to her first son just before midnight. Then, 25 seconds
later, the second boy was born shortly after at 12:01 a.m.
“My first son was born in 2009 and became the last baby of the year. The
second boy was born in 2010 and became the first baby of the New Year!”
said the mother. “I’m really happy!” According to her, the two
boys are very healthy.
Even though they are twins,
the two boys will be able to enjoy their own birthdays. I’m happy
for the babies because they each have their own special day! 25 seconds
can make quite a difference sometimes. |
