How often do you play outside? Most of you are very busy with your studying. You usually spend many hours indoors, sitting at a desk. But this lifestyle is not good for you. Why don¡¯t you spend more time outside in nature? It is good for both your body and soul!

Many studies show that children¡¯s lack of outdoor activity can lead to poor health conditions. Staying indoors can make children gain weight and become depressed. A lack of direct contact with nature also makes children perform poorly in school.

Outdoor activities in nature have many benefits for you. First of all, they make you healthier. They help reduce the risk of obesity, diabetes, and heart disease. Spending time in nature also helps you feel better and peaceful. You can build and maintain healthy bones and muscles too.

Children who are often in contact with nature score higher on tests of concentration than children who usually stay indoors. When children play in natural environments, they can become more creative, imaginative, and energetic.

Exposure to natural environments also improves children¡¯s reasoning and observational skills. Children who play in nature have more positive feelings about each other, too.
Yes, that¡¯s right. Nature plays a very important role in your overall growth and health. Now you know why you have to spend more time in nature!
