Is Made of Ice!
 The
weather is very hot these days. So, I wish there
was a place made of ice! To my surprise,
there is a restaurant made of ice in Dubai! The restaurant is called Chillout,
and everything is made of ice: the walls, tables and chairs; cups, glasses
and plates. The weather in Dubai
is usually very hot. So the
ice restaurant is something very new to the people who live there. Many
people are flocking to the restaurant
with their family and friends to experience the cold for the first time. ＂It’s
the first time that I experience the cold in Dubai,＂said Fatima Ali, a 13-year-old
girl. ＂It was fantastic. I took pictures
to show my friends so they would come, too.＂It took 40,000 tons of ice to
build the decor of the 730-square-metre restaurant.
Every item was designed, carved
and cut at a freezer in Canada and then
shipped to Dubai.
