feel good about yourself and confident. Then, how can

Self-confident people have many good traits we can take on. If you know how
confident people behave and learn from them,

and thinking patterns.
Self-confident people believe in themselves and love themselves very
much. Therefore, they take good care of themselves
by eating healthy food and exercising regularly. Self-confident people
accept themselves for who
they are. They are always kind to themselves and say positive things about themselves.

they are willing to change. They accept responsibility for their
actions and learn from their
