is your role model? There are so
many respectable people in the
world. Many people all over the world look up to Apple’s CEO Steve
Jobs. He is well-known for his perfectionism and passion for his work. He
became a legend in the technology industry with a great success of his
company. Currently, Steve Jobs is
working with an author on his life story. The book will
be entitled “iSteve: The
Book of Jobs.”
Steve Jobs was born on February 24, 1955 in San Francisco, California.
He is the co-founder and CEO of Apple.
He launched a series of amazing products including the iPod, iPhone
and iPad. His products gained huge popularity all over the world and
he became a business legend. Now he is one of the wealthiest people in
the world. He became the 43rd wealthiest American in 2009.
 Now
he is working on his life story with Walter Isaacson, a former newspaper journalist and
chairman of CNN. Mr. Isaacson
has also written about the lives of Albert Einstein and Benjamin Franklin.
There are many books about on Mr. Job’s huge success, but he has never
authorized a biography before. His first
biography will be released early next year. “Just as I did with Einstein
and Benjamin Franklin, I am telling a unique story of the revolutionary genius,” said Mr. Isaacson.
Mr. Jobs’ passion and perfectionism are widely credited with Apple’s
rise to become the most successful and powerful technology company
in the world over the last decade. However, Mr. Isaacson
will also write about the legendary businessman’s personal life, including
his adoption and his Buddhist beliefs. Steve Jobs was adopted
by Paul and Clara Jobs when he was a baby.
 Currently,
Mr. Jobs is on a medical leave of absence following a liver transplant in 2009.
In mid-2004, he announced to his employees that he had been
diagnosed with a cancerous tumor in his pancreas. Many people are
curious to know what the official biography will reveal about Mr. Job’s battles
with his illness. There have been many rumors about his health.
However, he made a surprise appearance at the iPad 2 launch event
on March 2 this year. We will just have to wait and see what the book
will tell us about the legendary CEO. |
