 Have
you been good this year? If you have, Santa will come to your house
tonight and give you a nice present! In fact, today is the busiest
day of the year for Santa. This is because there are so many good
children all over the world he has to visit tonight.
But don’t worry; he has lots of assistants who can help him
deliver presents. Look at
the Santas in the picture! On December 13, the largest ever number of Santas gathered
together in Porto, the second largest city in Portugal. More than
15,000 Santas came to Porto and paraded through the streets of the
beautiful city.
As a matter of fact, they set a new Guinness world record for the
largest gathering of Santas! They
not only set a new record but did
a good deed also, because for each Santa that passed the finish line of the parade’s
route, money was donated
to a charity. The money was used
to hand out gifts to less fortunate children.
