How tall are you? Since most of you are young, you are still growing. Most people keep growing until they are about 20 years old. However, some people stop growing at an early age. Last week, an American woman named Bridgette Jordan has been named the world¡¯s shortest living woman by Guinness World Records. In addition, she holds the record for the shortest living siblings in the world with her younger brother, Brad.

Bridgette Jordan is 22 years old and she lives in Illinois in the U.S. with her parents and her younger brother Brad. So, how short is she? She is only 69 centimeters tall. The Guinness Book of World Records recently listed her as the shortest woman in the world. Bridgette broke the record of 22-year-old Elif Kocaman, from Turkey, who measured 72.6 centimeters.

So, what does she feel about her record-breaking achievement? ¡°It feels awesome.
It¡¯s great to be small. I believe that everyone should be confident in themselves,¡± she said after setting the record for being the shortest woman in the world.
Bridgette¡¯s brother, Brad, also helped her receive another title. He is 20 years old and stands at 96.5 centimeters tall.

Together, they became the shortest living siblings in the world. Bridgette and Brad are both suffering from a special condition called primordial dwarfism¼±Ãµ¼º ¿Ö¼ÒÁõ. However, they are living normal lives and staying active. They both study at Kaskaskia College and enjoy active hobbies in their spare time.

Bridgette may be the shortest woman in the world, but she is not a person with a narrow outlook on life. She knows how to enjoy her daily life.
As a dance and music lover, she likes to stay active. She often spends time dancing and cheerleading. Her brother Brad also enjoys active sports such as basketball, karate, and gymnastics.

¡°I¡¯m very happy to hold a special world record with my sister. I feel very special,¡± said Brad with a big smile. ¡°I know we are very different from other people, but being different doesn¡¯t mean that we are inferior or weird. I hope to help people realize it¡¯s OK to be different,¡± he added.
