 Everyone in the world has
a name. Some of the most popular names for boys include Oliver, Josh, and
Jacob. Olivia, Isabella, and Sarah are popular names for girls. However,
some people have very unique names. In Israel, the most popular
names for girls are Noa, Maya, and Tamar.
An Israeli couple gave their three children
unique names. Their first daughter is called
“Pie” after the English food and their second daughter is called
“Vash” - Hebrew for “Honey.” Recently, the couple welcomed their third daughter
into the world.
The couple, who has a fondness for unusual names, named their newborn child “Like.” They
decided to give her the name after the world’s most
popular social networking website Facebook’s ‘like’ feature. “I was looking for
a name that was ‘modern and innovative’ for my newborn
child,” said Like’s father Lior Adler. “When I posted her picture and name
on Facebook, I got 40 ‘likes,’ and that’s a lot considering that I have only
a little more than 100 friends on the website,” he added.
He believes that his daughter would be the first in the country to
be called “Like.” Let’s hope
