Children love making paper airplanes. They make airplanes using newspapers or smaller pieces of paper. Do you think paper airplanes can fly in the sky like real planes? It may seem impossible, but it recently happened in America.
On March 21, a huge paper airplane soared high into the sky! In fact, it is the largest paper airplane in the world. How big is it? Very! It is 13.7 meters long! It has a wingspan of 7.3 meters and weighs 363 kilograms.

The huge paper airplane flew in the skies over the Sonora Desert in Arizona. It was able to reach speeds of up to 160 kmh. It flew in the sky for about 10 seconds before landing. Surprisingly, the design of the huge paper plane was created by a 12-year-old boy!

The amazing boy¡¯s name is Arturo Valdenegro. The world¡¯s largest paper plane is called ¡°Arturo¡¯s Desert Eagle.¡± It was created by engineers and aircraft experts, based on Arturo¡¯s design. Great job, Arturo!
