You may think famous actors don¡¯t need to study hard. But that¡¯s not true. In fact, some celebrities are good students! The star of the Harry Potter films, Emma Watson, is one of them. Soon, she will go back to the U.S. to complete her studies. Known as an intelligent actress, she is attending Brown University, one of the most prestigious universities in the world.

The 22-year-old actress, famous for her role as Hermione Granger in the Harry Potter series, entered the Ivy League university in September, 2009. However, she put her studies on hold in 2011 to fully concentrate on the Harry Potter films.

Watson admitted that it wasn¡¯t easy for her to study and work at the same time. There were rumors about her when she applied for a leave of absence from school. Some people said she was dropping out because of bullying.

¡°My first two years at Brown weren't easy, not because I was bullied or because anyone gave me a particularly hard time,¡± she dismissed rumors about bullying as she left the school for two years. ¡°I¡¯ve decided to take a bit of time off to completely finish my work on the Harry Potter films and to focus on my other professional and acting projects. I will still be working towards my degree,¡± she said.

In 2011, she transferred to Oxford University to continue the third-year of her university studies. But she took another break after landing a role in, The Perks of Being a Wallflower. After a two-year absence from her undergraduate studies, Watson is, now ready to go back to school. She will go back to Brown University in January of next year to complete her degree. Good luck with your studies, Watson!
