What time do you usually get up in the morning? Many people find it hard to wake up early. Some children are often late for school because they sleep in. But it is important to build the habit of waking up early. According to Benjamin Franklin, early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy, and wise. So, how can you become an early bird?
Most successful people get up early and use the quiet time to do important things. The early morning hours are very peaceful and quiet. You can use these moments to plan your day or read a book. When it¡¯s not cold, you can also go out jogging.

If you get up late, you may not have time for breakfast. Skipping breakfast is not good for your health. In fact, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. A healthy breakfast gives you energy and you can start a day with confidence. If you get up early, you can also avoid rush hour traffic and get to school faster.

So, how can you become an early riser? No, don¡¯t try to dramatically change your sleeping habits. First, try to go to bed earlier. Do not watch TV or surf the Internet until late at night. Then, start slowly by waking just 15-30 minutes earlier than usual. Get used to this for a few days. If this becomes a new habit, cut back another 15 minutes. Do this gradually until you get to your goal time.

It is also helpful to put your alarm clock far from your bed. You may shut it off and go back to sleep if it is right next to your bed. If the alarm clock is far from your bed, you have to get out of bed to turn it off. Then, open the window to get some fresh air. This will help you wake up.
