A makes your eyes strong. So, enjoying watermelon can help you fight against a lot of diseases, including cancer, diabetes, and asthma.
Watermelon is grown in over 96 countries all over the world. It comes
in many colors, shapes, and sizes. Over 1,200 varieties of watermelon
are grown worldwide. There are more than 50 varieties in the U.S.
alone.
The rind of watermelon is thick
and green, but it can look black, too. Some watermelons have spots instead of stripes. On the inside, it
can be red, pink, or yellow! Every part of a watermelon is edible, even the seeds and rinds.

There are many ways to enjoy the delicious fruit. To enjoy watermelon
in a fun way, you can use a spoon to scoop it up in balls. You can
also add it to all kinds of recipes such as fruit salads
and fruit kebabs. You can drink it as juice, too.
In Israel and Egypt, the sweet taste of watermelon is often paired
