is famous for many things. It
has the world’s tallest building, the Burj Khalifa, and it is also
has one of the world’s most luxurious hotels called Burj
Al Arab. Now, Dubai is home to the world’s most expensive cupcake,
too!
Recently, a cafe in Dubai unveiled the luxurious cupcake.
The special cupcake is called the Golden Phoenix. It is made up of
high-end ingredients including organic flour and butter imported
from the UK, Italian chocolate, and vanilla beans from Uganda.
Most importantly, it is covered
with 23-carat edible gold sheets!
This is not all. The luxurious cupcake is presented on a 24-carat
gold stand, alongside a golden spoon. It is also topped
with chocolate icing and strawberries dipped in edible gold.
So how much is the world’s most expensive cupcake? Don’t be surprised. It is about
1,000 dollars! It takes 48 hours to create the Golden Phoenix.
