8, a bible which once belonged to Elvis Presley sold for a whopping amount of money
at an auction in England.
The bible contains the world-famous
singer’s handwritten notes and thoughts. The bible was given
to the singer for Christmas in 1957 when he was 22. The book was used
by Presley until his death on August 16, 1977.
The special bible was expected to fetch around 25,000 pounds.
But it went for more than double its value and sold for ￡59,000
(about 160 million won)! What an expensive bible! |
