At
last, Next Tuesday is Christmas! Aren¡¯t you excited? Children all
over the world are waiting for Christmas. In
fact, it is one of the most popular holidays on Earth!
So, are you ready to have fun on Christmas? Why don¡¯t you plan a fun
party? Let¡¯s share some Christmas party ideas this week.
Carols make the holiday season
more fun and joyful. You can even use
carols in a fun game, too! Invite your family members
or friends for a Christmas party. Prepare a CD player and carol CDs.
Then, divide the people into two teams and compete! The rule is very
simple. Play a few seconds of the Christmas
carol to see who can guess it. To make the game a little more interesting, choose lesser known Christmas carols.
If you and your family love singing, it is also a good idea to visit
a singing room together. Then, sing all the carol songs you know!
See who gets the highest score after singing a carol. To make the
¡°carol night¡°more interesting, prepare small gifts for people who
get high scores.

If you want to stay home on Christmas, how about playing charades? Yes, a party isn¡¯t
a real party without a game of charades! Play the game under the theme
of Christmas. Invite people for a Christmas party and divide them
into two teams. Let each team come up with 5 to 10 puzzles for their
opponents to act out. Use
movie titles or book titles about Christmas as well as carol songs
to make the game more fun.
Another
simple but fun game has to do with using taboo words. As each person
arrives, give them a Christmas
item like a bell or small ornament. Tell them what
the taboo word will be during the party. Choose a word that people
are likely to say like ¡°snow,¡± ¡°gift¡± or ¡°tree.¡± If anyone catches another person using
these words, they will take their item. The game will continue throughout the party until
the end. At the end, count up the items to see
who has the most. The person with the most items is the winner.
There are many more fun games you can enjoy at Christmas. Why don¡¯t
you try these games to make your Christmas party more exciting? Merry Christmas,
everyone! |
