How was your Christmas? Did you have a lot of fun? This Christmas was extra special for the people in Britain. This is because they experienced something new! The Queen¡¯s Christmas Day message to the nation was broadcasted in 3D for the first time this year!

According to Buckingham Palace, the Queen has embraced the latest technology for her latest address. The tradition of delivering Christmas Day message started 80 years ago by the Queen¡¯s grandfather George V. Queen Elizabeth II wanted to do something new in the Jubilee year. She reallct, the Queen has always been quick to keep up with technological advances throuy liked the idea of delivering 3D message and was delighted with the result. In faghout her reign.

The 86-year-old Queen started her Christmas broadcasts on the radio 60 years ago. In 1957, she made her first televised message live. In 2007, the broadcast was made available on YouTube for the first time. In 2008, her message was shown in high definition for the first time.
