 What
do you think is true success? Many people try to find the answer for
it, but it is not easy to find. But, here is a man named Stephen Covey
who can confidently tell you the answer. He is recognized as one of
the most influential businessmen in the world. Let’s find out what
makes you successful person.
While Stephen Covey was teaching his students at the university, he
asked students “People are living in a too competitive society. Do
you think we can change this world?” “How can we change our society?”
students repeated his question. “I think companies and groups should
change first,” Stephen replied.
 Based on
this idea, Stephen founded the Covey Leadership Center. The center
started with two workers in 1982. But, this center soon drew great
attention from people due to its philosophy, and became a very prosperous
company which has more than 700 employees. Afterwards, he published
a book entitled From Effectiveness to Greatness - The 8th Habit성공하는
사람들의 8번째 습관. The book was beloved by people all over the world
while inspiring people about achieving success, instantly became a
bestselling book.
Covey also gave lectures. His lectures were always popular with the
students. One day, his students asked him, “How can I be successful
in this competitive society?” “If you want true success, you should
try hard to have a great relationship with everyone. Relationship
is the most important element for success.”
Covey knew the importance of sociality since he was little. He thought
sociality makes everything going right. He proved that he was right
when he became one of the greatest businessmen, authors and educators
