Today, climate change is the greatest environmental challenge in the world. Rising global temperatures will bring changes in weather patterns. Climate change refers to any serious and long-term change in average weather on Earth. Sadly, these changes are caused by human activities.
Climate change is caused by global warming and it is a very serious problem. The most sensitive index of climate change is glaciers. Currently, they are melting very fast. This means climate change has already started.

Excessive emission of harmful greenhouse gases into atmosphere caused increase in average temperature that affected climate on Earth. Fossil fuels are the main cause of global warming. But other greenhouse gases into atmosphere can cause even more serious results to climate change. As the Earth¡¯s temperatures rise, we can expect serious changes in weather patterns.

According to the United Nations Environment Program(UNEP)±¹Á¦¿¬ÇÕȯ°æ°èȹ, climate change will affect agriculture, endangering food security. Also, as sea level rises, the intensity of natural disasters will be increased, too. As a result, countless species will go extinct.

Many people all over the world think that global warming is a serious problem. About 57 percent of people worldwide acknowledge the seriousness of global warming problem. But there are still many people who think that global warming problem isn¡¯t that serious.

We need global action of all people who live on this beautiful planet in fight against global warming. You may think that one person isn¡¯t enough to do much against global warming. But if many people join together, we can save the Earth! Global warming is a global problem - problem of all people worldwide.
