Love can overcome anything. If you truly love someone, their age and nationality shouldn¡¯t really matter. The same goes for animals! I know it¡¯s hard to believe, but just take a look at the picture. A cat is nursing a baby red panda!
The red panda was born a month ago at a zoo in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. But it was rejected by its mother after it was born. Then, surprisingly, a zookeeper¡¯s house cat decided to adopt the baby red panda. Now she is nursing the cub along with her own four kittens!

The cub will drink milk for about three months. Then, she will start eating bamboo and fruit. She doesn¡¯t have a name yet. Currently, she is about the size of a kitten. If she survives into adulthood, she will be a little larger than a cat.
The red panda is an endangered species that lives in China, Bhutan, Nepal, India, and Burma. Red pandas look like raccoons. When fully grown, they are slightly larger than a cat. They are smaller than the black and white giant panda.
