many brothers or sisters do you have? Probably just one or two,
right? But a family in Canada has 18 children! I know it’s hard to
believe. Just take a look at the picture.
The mother in this picture, named Livia Ionce, recently gave birth to her
18th child! Surprisingly, Livia is 44
years old. Her daughter was born last Tuesday and she is very healthy!
Livia and her husband Alexandru immigrated to Canada from
Romania in 1990. Now they live in British Columbia. The couple’s oldest child is
23 years old. Alexandru said he did not know if he would have more
children. The family now has 10 girls and 8 boys!
“We never planned how many children to have. We just let God guide our lives. You know,
because we strongly believe life comes
from God, and that’s the reason we did not stop the
life,” said Alexandru. “We thank God all of them are healthy and happy.”
