week, I would like to introduce you to a very special man. He is an
actor, a comedian and a film maker. He must be talented,
right? Yes, and he is America’s most loved comedian. He is charming, and very funny.
His name is Adam Sandler. Do you recognize his face? The chances
are you have seen at least one of his many
hit movies.
Adam was born in New York in 1966. While he attended high school, Adam
discovered that he was a
natural comic. He wanted to grow
his talent. He went to learn more about drama and comedy at New York
University. He performed regularly in events and on
campuses. Adam started his acting career by appearing in funny sit-coms
and famous comic shows on T.V. He worked hard and tried to develop his comic skills.
Soon, all his hard work paid off. He got his first starring role in 1989. Then,
all the films he made became incredible hits.
 Entire America
fell in love with Adam’s charm in comic. Even the meanest critics praised his amazing ways
of making everything look so funny. After enjoying his success as
an actor, Sandler decided to produce films. So, in 1999
he created a film company called Happy Madison Productions. In total, Sandler has made
over 30 films that all became big hits.
Now, Adam is not only one of the richest actors in Hollywood, he is
a respected actor. Although
Adam is very successful, he is very humble. He is like the neighborhood
uncle who likes to play with kids. Recently, Adam donated 1 million dollars
to the Boys and Girls Club in his hometown. Adam says he wants to
continue making great films
that can make people happy. |
